About the area

A new project is being constructed on the eastern coast of Palm Jumeirah, uniting the development company Arada and the fashion house Armani Group. The architectural concept was developed by the acclaimed master of modern architecture, Pritzker Prize laureate Tadao Ando.

The interior finishing offers a choice between two conceptual solutions. Darker Bridge is a combination of natural materials: stone, solid oak and textured bronze. Checkers presents a lighter palette, where the emphasis is on noble wood species combined with lacquered surfaces and textured glass.
