It is still possible to avoid further restrictions if the termination occurs by mutual consent. However, for this, the employee must request a No Objection Certificate from the company, which will state the absence of claims between parties.

While not knowing Arabic language might still allow one to secure a position in a local prestigious company, without English proficiency, this is practically impossible.
