Meanwhile, the number of deals for new builds significantly decreased: from 2,812 in 2022 to 1,406 in 2023. There is a trend towards reduced interest in central Dubai properties. The volume of deals in Downtown decreased by 13.3% compared to 2022, and in Business Bay by 13.5%.
